Oyster Lull
It's that time of year again when I don't find many dinners listed on the community calendars.
I did manage get an oyster this weekend at Canal Day in Chesapeake City, MD.
The Bayard House was serving shooters and of course I had to have one. These were not Annapolis style (Cocktail Sauce and an Oyster followed by a shooter of beer); these were New York/New England style (Bloody Mary Mix, Vodka, and an Oyster).
I prefer Annapolis style as you can do a lot of them without any problems! But since this was gratis (thanks Natalie!) I enjoyed it very much!
